HeartCode BLS
American Heart Association Certified
A student can obtain a BLS Provider certification through either a classroom course or a blended course. Heartcode BLS is the blended version of the course.
A student must first complete PART I- the online portion of the course, which is a self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program that uses adaptive learning technology to allow learners to acquire and demonstrate Basic Life Support skills using a personalized learning path that adapts in real time to a learner's performance. PART 2 -After completing the online course, students must participate in an in-person hands-on skills session and PART 3 hands-on test. *Students must present the instructors with a PRINTED certificate of completion of Part 1 (online).
